Our services provide the attention to detail that allow soon to be newlyweds to have fun during the planning process and to experience the joy of being the center of attention on your wedding day. Your ambition integrated with our concepts will produce events that tell your story! Â Whether you have daydreamed about your wedding since you were a child or have no idea where to begin, we aspire to help you create an experience you deserve.
Wedding Coordination
You have already created your vision for the day. Now, let us take care of the rest. Before your wedding, we review and finalize every last detail of services provided by your vendor team. We will also provide a detailed timeline of events for the day of your astonishing occasion.  On the day of your event, all actions will be guided and managed by the Ivory Lane team in order to maximize your ability to enjoy your day to the fullest.
Partial Planning & Production
The partial planning package is great for the couple who has the planning process down, but needs assistance sourcing vendors. Services include venue scouting and site visits of venues, and our planners will provide a list of preferred vendors that is hand selected to create your dream wedding. Ivory Lane will assist with contract review and translation, budget and payment management, establishing a sequence of events for the entire occasion.
Productions in this package include directing your wedding party and guests during the ceremony. The distribution of any final payments, tips and overseeing the break down and clean up after the wedding.
Full- Service Planning & Design
Our full service planning is great for the couple seeking a planner and designer to help execute the planning process from start to finish. We are with you every step of the way when it comes navigating you through venue scouting, hand selecting the best vendors in accordance with your budget and style. ​We create a stunning and custom design element when it comes to your vision, that will make your wedding day unforgettable!

Lori
Hello darlings and welcome to Ivory Lane Weddings! I am so excited to have you here. My name is Lori and I am the face behind the productions. I have a deep passion for creating everlasting impressions with timeless and romantic events. I'm a southern girl with an eye for pretty little details and always up for a good dance party.
On my spare time, you can find me seeking an adventure whether traveling to different places or discovering trendy new restaurants. You can always find me entertaining a swanky dinner party and sipping on a fizzy French 75.
I can't wait to meet you and help you bring your vision to life!

Our Process
From the moment we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to set up a consultation to discuss your dream wedding, budget and our services that will best fit your needs.
We will then send you a contract to review and sign. A 40 percent retainer fee is required in order to secure your date. Once all agreements are made, the planning process begins.
